Thank heavens for sisters

My telephone rang at about 8:15 this morning. It was my little sister Lori. She had slept in and was not going to work and wanted to know if she could come get my kids. Both of my girls who love her more than me were totally excited and hurried to get dressed (they never hurry to get dressed). When Lori got here they both ran outside like she was the good fairy come to take them to the ball. As they were getting in the car Ava said "You not coming Mommy" and Grace said "I love you Mom, Bye". Well, 1 out of 2 ain't bad. Now what to do with the rest of my day. Good thing that I didn't make my bed yet.

Thank heavens for neighbors! You deserve the break since you are always the one giving the break!!

There are some days when Delaney is a little brat. I wait and wait for Adam to come home so he can take her off my hands. He walks in the door and then this little angel appears out of no where. She runs up and gives him hugs, kisses and giggles. Ticks me off. I know just how you feel (not saying that your girls were acting like brats, but you know what I mean).

I guess sometimes they enjoy their breaks from us just as much as we enjoy our breaks from them. I can't wait to see them again. Your girls seem to grow so fast!

Hey, if Lori gets another day off, have her call me! (maybe I'll go and turn her alarm clock off so she'll sleep in again...)

I will totally come to her party dressed up! It was really fun...But i will have to memorize all the dwarfs names so that I can play the part :)! Also, we just carved the pumpkins using those books and tools you buy in the store. They are really easy...I only started using them after I got married. His family used them growing up. It was fun!

Too bad I tell your girls "NO" and so they don't like me nearly as much as Lori. Good thing I have Baby Macey, so they can get excited to see me too :)
