We are getting pretty good at cleaning up throw-up around here, pretty dang good. Who said there is no crossover from stay-at-home-mothering and molecular biology. That bio-hazard clean-up class has come in handy more than once or twice. This little boy has not felt good lately, on the bright side we have done a lot of snuggling these past few days.

Deep clean the girl's bathroom and playroom

As I am sitting here it is 9:32. My baby is still not asleep and I have not organized my financial information from last year. I did not do this while Carter was asleep, like I had planned, because this little girl wanted to do a puzzle. A big girl puzzle with lots of pieces, so we did. And it was way better than looking at old bank statements.

Get my butt ready and to the school for Ava's special day by 10:30

See that innocent little boy on the left? Yeah, he's not so innocent. He can climb out of his crib when you think he's asleep, sneak up behind you and stay very quiet until you turn around, scare you and make you pee your pregnant pants. Not innocent at all.

I made popcorn balls today. I have made carmel popcorn before, but never shaped it into "balls". I don't espically like having sticky hands, so this probably won't happen again. Oh yeah, I made 40 popcorn balls. As far as working out today. . . . I did a Dancing with the Stars DVD and forever put to rest the question of where Grace got her dance ability. Stubborness yes, ability to move to the beat no. I really liked when Ava came home from Kindergarten and told me, "Mom, I don't think you are doing that right. Are you trying to do the same thing they are doing?"

This is the BOX of garbage from cleaning my girl's two rooms. Yep, that is old school work, clorox wipes and "treasures". Don't judge me because I am a not a "keeper" and please don't tell my kids I threw away their alpha-friends. I washed their bedding, dusted all the furniture and knick-nacks, went through their closets, clorox wiped blinds, dusted ceiling fans, vacuumed the edges of their rooms, wiped based boards, and dejunked closets and under beds. Special thanks to my mom for helping me and teaching me you can't measure love by the number of elementary school art projects that get kept.

Make some popcorn balls
